This team needs help...

Team Number 1 (Aviators) needs help. Some of it was due to bad decisions during the start-up draft. I also didn't value the positions correctly so I over-drafted QB's which then left me in need of other positions. Been hampered by injuries and probably made a few bad trades over the past few years attempting to be competitive when I shouldn't have been.

As far as I am concerned, no one is beyond tradeable. The problem is, not everyone on my roster is desirable, so I don't think I'm getting value in making deals at this point.

Any feedback on what I should be doing this draft and probably going into next year as well would be appreciated.

As far as I'm concerned I'm selling anyone not named Michael Thomas for picks in this draft or next draft

Or MT if you can get a haul. Definitely try to move Freeman& Coleman for a high pick. Earn that 1.01 next year and you might have a solid rebuild going

I personally would hold MT and Freeman/Coleman (unless someone is willing to pay what they're worth). Then I'd package multiple players for better players, picks, and youth.

Freeman is worth around the 1.02 and Coleman is a mid 1st for me.

Would move one of the qbs. Always seems to be a qb less team to over pay in a 1qb. maybe package a 2nd round pick to move up. Agree i would be keeping coleman and freeman. unless you can get 1.02 and maybe a little extra. Still good RB and WR value at your current first round picks. Also would look to move albert Wilson for a pick... seen some large over pays for him since his signing

I've had a few messages from teams interested in Wilson, but they only have early 1st or late 3rd round picks. I'm not sure what the over-pays would be, but I doubt he helps my team long-term (at least not as much as the potential in draft capital).

Agree a flier on a 2nd or 3rd round wr to me has more potential then a 3rd wr at best in my opion. All it takes is one owner to like a guy

Could also look at a 2019 2nd with less value now but only goes up next year

Just to jump in on the Wilson conversation. I think he is a hold. Most people will only want to offer a 3rd for him I think if he has a few good games his value will rise fast. But then again I am a believer in him and his situation.

I totally agree. I like his landing spot which only improves his value. But if I'm being realistic with myself, if I can somehow get a 2nd out of someone right now, is waiting and seeing if he shows his value (or not) going to help or hurt my long term plans for my team?
