2QB - Offered Melvin Gordon *Poll*

Postby Servo » Wed Mar 21, 2018 9:54 am

2QB, 10 Team, Non-PPR league

I currently hold 1.03 + 1.06, 2.03, 2.09, 3.03-6.03

Initial trade offer - Melvin Gordon for 1.03
Buyer came back today and offered Gordon for 1.06/Trey Burton

I'm not a huge fan of trading this early as draft pick premium always seems to increase leading up to the rookie draft...but this has to be an auto-accept? My initial plan for the 1.06 was for a QB or trade back but I guess I'd still have that liberty with the 1.03

Here's my roster below:
QB - Rivers, Goff, Trubisky
RB - Mixon, Coleman, Foreman, Barber, Powell, Burkhead, Rod Smith, Prosise (by a thread)
WR - Diggs, Robinson, Fuller, Agholor, Shepard, Kupp, Stills, Goodwin
TE - Henry, Burton

Taxi Squad
Hansen, John Ross, Curtis Samuel, Jonnu Smith

Cut & Trade Candidates
QB - Hundley, Geno Smith, Colt McCoy (lol)
RB - McNichols, Deandre Washington, Woodhead (Retired)
WR - Cobb, Decker, Hogan, Latimer, Carroo
TE - Witten, Vannett

Gordon side. I'd also take a QB with the 1.03 instead of trading down and risking the top QBs being gone.

Would you still take Gordon over the 1.03?

Yes. 1.02, I'd think about it, but I'd rather have Gordon than the 1.03.

I wouldn't but I've never been impressed with Gordon. He's productive on volume and I don't forsee him lasting long as a lead back.

Gordon isn't going anywhere, I'd easily sell 1.06 and Burton for Melvin. There is no way Burton's value has risen that high
