Zeke+ or Adams+

Hi,
In the middle of a rebuild I recently traded AJG for 1.10 and a 2019 1st (maybe light but wanted to get out before the cliff, especially in a rebuild)

This has left me with Cooks as my wr1 and a load of upside dart throws at WR. So my question is do I look to trade Zeke (or possibly Kamara)

I was looking at offering Zeke and 1.10 for Adams and McCaffrey. The team I would offer it to is stacked at WR (Julio, Evans, Arob, Adams, Diggs) but needs RB help. He won the league this year.

He’s a difficult owner to trade with who always wants to win trades. I love Zeke but feel this trade might be more beneficial to my rebuild.

Is it enough? Am I giving up too much?

No. Maybe Zeke alone for those two, but I wouldn't add the 1.10. I'm also not a fan of the Green trade, but too late now I guess.

Zeke side pretty easy for me. Not an Adams believer though. If he's tough to trade with he probably values Adams and McCaff higher than they should be anyways.

Shipping assets for less than they are worth isn't a good way to kick start a rebuild. Let owners know which assets are available, then be patient. Sending a top RB (and top round startup pick) for anything less than like Adams and ARob is selling short, much less putting a pick with it. You are trying to gain picks, not send them away.

Question you had AJG why would you trade him and rebuild with that team you only needed another good WR to really compete. Your QB , 3 RBs , Cook is really nice.

If it was me I would try to get a couple nice WRs and win

I appreciate all of the feedback, I know the AJG deal was light but it is what it is atm. I think I have just been burned a few times by slightly older vets.
I acquired Dez a few years ago (when he was top 3 start up) for a couple of 1sts and 2nds, that one stung badly so maybe I was quick to want to get out from below AJG and the 30yr old value cliff.

On the Zeke trade I'm glad I have refrained

I don't like your AJG trade at all.

The problem people have with trading AJG is they're always trying to attain firsts for him. I always read arguments that AJG is "worth 3 firsts" or I wouldn't pay "two firsts" for AJG.

With guys like AJG I've found that you need to go after young players and future picks rather than current picks AND that you need to not be dealing those vets during rookie fever season. They always seem to get much more value right when the season is starting and people are filling those starting lineups out OR right around the trade deadline when people are willing to pay for the chips.

Now is the worst time to sell.
