I don't know if McCoy is going to help you win next year, so I'd probably keep the 1.08.

1.8... Anyone think Shady will still be good, but starting a decline soon?

I think he is probably done. Career workhorses that have a down year in efficiency at age 29 have typically been useless in their age 30 season.

The workhorses that kept on trucking had great age 29 seasons with higher than their career average efficiency. McCoy's season last year reminds me a lot of the age 29 season of guys like LT, Shaun Alexander, edge. They were all terrible the next year.

Great points and I have to agree. If I was a Shady owner I would be looking for a great trade.
