The Cousins side regardless of rebuild or not. Cousins is more valuable than the 2.4, and you're swapping a 2nd for a 1st. No brainer IMO.

Cousins side. 2019 1st is worth more than a 2019 2nd and Cousins should be worth at least the 2.04, if not more.

I'd think about it without Cousins. One or two injuries and that likely late 1st is top 3.
