You don't need the 1.03. Take the value with Kittle. BUT, I would recommend you try for a trade like 1.03 for Kittle + 2019 1st + 2.03

Even in TE premium, Kittle isn't worth more than maybe 1.08. So 1.08+1.12+2.3 isn't very close for me. If you got them to add another mid first or 19 first, I'd be alright with it.
