In general, it's not enough...possibly if it were the 1.04, but the 5 spot is where the big drop off happens this year. Also, that team needs RBs, which the 1.02 will provide. Hold the pick until draft, sell if something better comes along. Try to combo Dez, Gronk, 1.12, and 2.01 into packages that can land youthful upside and/or move up in the draft, or sell for 2019 1sts

1.02 pretty easily. Moncrief doesn't carry a lot of value and the 2.05 isn't enough to bridge the gap.
