If you need RBs, I'd keep what you have. The value isn't bad, but Guice and Michel would look good on your squad and you'd still get a WR and/or another RB with 7-8. Plus I would like to add Guice over Chubb for the long haul anyway. McCoy would be a 1-2 year rental with no guarantees on the quality of help he would provide your team during that time. Watkins has the potential still to be a top WR in the league now that his foot seems to be healed and he'll have a full offseason to work with Goff and McVay.
