He accepted it. It was a hefty price to pay but I wanted to pair Gurley with Hopkins. I'm happy with it

For an elite player (and young elite player) is going to cost another elite player. Maybe, IF the 1.01 was thrown in. Some folks are high on Reynolds, as well. I would keep Gurly, as you could get more down the road. JMO

You overpaid on the counter. Agree that Freeman+Henry>Gurley.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Yeah it's an overpay. I'm not too worried about it though, you can't get players like Gurley without doing so. I have faith in myself to fill my roster out so I'm ok with the loss in value.

My rationale was this:
1. I wanted to pair what I believe is the best RB in the league (sorry Bell) with Hopkins
2. I'm worried about Freeman's concussions, his play style is too aggressive for his small stature
3. Henry will never be a great pass catcher, so his value will always be lacking in full PPR
4. (dumb reason) I have Freeman and Henry in other leagues, and just wanted a share of Gurley somewhere. Not good reasoning for the overpay, but it factored into my decision nonetheless.

Just be careful. This very thing was believed of Gurley as well.

And Leveon needs to pay you a visit for blasphemy. ;)

Sorry, best fantasy RB (the age difference and Bell's suspensions and injuries made me choose Gurley). Bell is still my fav RB talent wise
