C. Davis, Njoku for Joe Mixon and mid-2nd

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Which would you rather have?

C. Davis, Njoku for Joe Mixon and mid-2nd

Postby hjernazian » Sat Feb 17, 2018 8:43 pm

Salaries are great on all players and a non-factor. Could use the depth at RB, and no one is going to pay fair price for Njoku (already have Engram and Rudolph - NOT a TE premium league). Leaning toward pulling. Thoughts?

How I see it:

Davis = Mixon

Njoku >> Mid 2nd

You have Engram and Rudolph on great contracts so you don't necessarily need Njoku, but that doesn't justify that massive of an undersell imo. Try to get a mid 1st if that's the deal you want to make.

Make it four.

I think Davis and Mixon will both be good, possibly great, players, so that just comes down to team need. If you’re looking to gain value from your abundance of TE talent, I would be looking to sell Engram high rather than sell Njoku low.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I prefer Mixon over Davis by a little, but I agree Njoku is worth more than the 2.05. However, if I remember correctly (and correct me if I'm wrong), you play in a 10 team league. If so, the gap between Njoku and a mid 2nd isn't that great and I see this trade as being much closer than some of the others.

Fair point. Was offered Davis Engram anda secon for LF. idk how much I like that. I also think Engram can be the next Kelce which is a weekly game changer. Idk maybe I have a bias here.

Correct. 10 man League. Call me crazy but I think Mixon is trying to be like LeVeon. I just dont trust that offense one bit or else I pull. I’ll taks some time that to think. Having him as my rb3 is enticing. But I would also be drastically helping the other squad as Mixon is his rb4/5 and his only real weak spot is his wr depth.
