I've been getting a few offers for Julio but none really blew me away since everyone thinks his value is down, but someone just offered me 1.03, 2.03 and 2019 1st and Josh Doctson for him and Ty Montgomery. The team that offered me the trade is not very good so the 2019 first will likely be a top 4 selection (not sure why he's trying for Julio). My team is below and is very young/at the start of a rebuild so looking for suggestions. (6pt passing TD league, PPR with TE premium, Superflex, start 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 2 Flex). I currently have the 1.01, 2.01 and 2.05 in this year's rookie draft so getting more picks would certainly expedite the rebuild.

I'd take that too. Solid return for an aging Julio. It also makes your team worse and puts you in a better position for an early pick next you to help finalize the rebuild.

It seems like a pretty solid offer. It’s tough letting Julio go because I really believe he has a solid 2-3 years left but I think this puts me in a better long term position. Maybe I’m crazy but even though my team is really young and looks bad on paper and based off of where I finished last year I still do like the potential of my team. Am I nuts? Lol

I don't see your team being competitive to be honest. Outside of Julio, I don't see any WR's I would feel comfortable starting in a fantasy linenup, even as a flex. You would need a major step forward from Parker and Westbrook (which assumes Arob leaves JAX). Your RBs are decent but again, outside of CMC, you don't know what you really have in Henry, and I don't believe Thompson will have the same role/production as he did last year.
Dak has been up and down, Mahones is an unknown.
I would easily take this trade for Julio, as mentioned before Julios price range is currently the 1.2-1.4, anytime else on top of it is gravy, and your getting several other pieces.
