SF QB swap w/ a side of aging positional studs...

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

SF QB swap w/ a side of aging positional studs...

Give - Carr/L McCoy

Get - Dak/Dez

Assuming the positional players fill respective team needs, seems fair?

Fair-ish. I think the QBs are close, but McMoy should produce at a higher level next year than Dez.

I slightly prefer Carr to Dak, a near-tossup, but I prefer McCoy to Dez solidly, so easy decline for me.

McCoy has a ton of mileage, and the cliff has to come sometime, but he still looks like a stud. Dez hasn't had a good season since 2014.

I prefer Carr to DK but it’s close and basically a wash.

The other 2 pieces I see like this
MCCoy will give you one more season of RB1 production then 2 more of unpredictable RB2/3 think Matt forte. Dez will give 5 years of WR3 numbers but with wr1 upside on a game by game basis think Brandon Marshall of the past few years.
So depending on whether you’re competing and team need almost dictates this trade.

i like Carr more than Dak
but i like Dez more than McCoy...i just fear that McCoy will suffer the same fate as DeMarco, AP Forte etc...
