Keenan for Winston in Superflex

Guy is driving a hard bargain for Allen in Panther Dynasty. He asked for Winston and the 1.09 for Allen and his 3.04. Is my counter of swapping out the 3.04 for his 2.04 reasonable? I also asked him if the was another WR I could include in the package for him to include his 2nd instead, as he seems to be balking at the idea.

Yeah probably. If you want to do a straight swap, meh alright. But I certainly wouldn't add a 1st.

Another thought is to try Trubisky and the 1.09 for Allen, but when he rejects, to offer Trubisky and the 1.03. I really feel putting Allen on my squad would make the sting of losing the 3rd overall pick less harsh.

Well a lot can and will always depend on the exact scoring settings of a league - however in a standard ppr Superflex Winston was a QB2 and he still scored almost identical to Keenan Allen on a ppg basis and in some settings equaled him in total points. Plus, for me at least, locked in starting QBs have longer shelf lifes, safer floors on a per game basis, and of course are more scarce.

However like Dynasty Delorean said - if an owner wants to do an even swap go for it - but paying extra seems like an easy way to slowly bleed value - especially as other owners see you sell QBs cheaper than the norm and then take note ...

Thanks guys. I'm excited about the possibility of adding a top WR, as I feel that is a weakness on this team. But I checked our scoring for this year and Winston scored only 14 fewer points than Allen while missing 3 games and being pulled early in 2 due to the injury.
