I wouldn't accept that as a Bell owner. Having an RB like Bell is one of the biggest advantages in fantasy. If you can get that, take it and run.

Picks I doubt you get the pick swap. Most have bell over Evans. I have them fairly close, gun to my head gimme bell but Evans also is coming off of his worst pro season. That said your team needs a rb.
