Keenan and not close for me. Cook has a few good games and then lost his rookie year to injury. Keenan has proven to be a wr1 whole healthy. I’ll take 10/10 times

Cook proved he was talented in those few games. As far as proof of skill, I would say they're equal. Allen side easily for me...
Cook played about 4 games. He looked good but it wasn't enough of a sample size for him to touch KA. Both having torn ACL's is a bit of a concern though
