They both now have had injuries but both have also shown they can carry the load.

I picked Allen. But... depends on your needs, I would have no problem taking Cook.

Keenan and not close for me. Cook has a few good games and then lost his rookie year to injury. Keenan has proven to be a wr1 whole healthy. I’ll take 10/10 times

Cook proved he was talented in those few games. As far as proof of skill, I would say they're equal. And now both have injury concerns that will likely haunt them for a while, if not forever.

I say they should be equally valued, just pick who you think is prettier.

Allen side easily for me...

Cook played about 4 games. He looked good but it wasn't enough of a sample size for him to touch KA. Both having torn ACL's is a bit of a concern though
