Rather than start an entire new thread I'll post my question here because it relates to this topic.

The owner of the 1.01 has expressed interest in trading the pick and he's looking for depth/receiver help. I feel like I'm pretty strong at receiver and I have picks 1.03, 1.04 and 1.09 this year. What would be a good offer for the 1.01? Team 2 in my sig

First, if you are very high on Barkley, i would definitely try to do it since your RB core is composed of DJ...and that's almost everything. You need a high end RB2 with RB1 upside to balance your team.

I don't know how you and the 1.01 owner are considering Watkins/Doctson but would try to get it done with them and 1.03 or 1.04. I won't sell either Allen, Landry, ARob or Juju for 1.01.

If it fails (more than likely) and you don't want Barkley at any price, you can always draft Sutton/RB at 1.03/1.04 and another RB at 1.09 in this deep class.

I like the though process here. I think my preference would be Watkins + the lowest 1st he's willing to go. I'm having a hard time talking myself into giving up all 3 firsts for him tho. With the three firsts currently I'd be hoping to add two long term starters, especially because it seems like a deep rb class.

However, a DJ/Barkley tandem at rb with receiver depth is very tempting even if it costs a kings ransom.

I was offered Hunt, JuJu and 1.28 for 1.01, a mid 2018 4th, and a two late 2019 3rds in a 32 team .5 PPR, 2x player copies league (Team 3 in my signature). I rejected, but I seriously thought about accepting.. I might come back and counter that deal right before the draft without any picks added to my side, perhaps I can get the other owner to give more when the pick is on the clock.

League dynamics or not... it's a snap accept. You are hoping Barkley becomes close to what Evans already is. As well it's a WR over RB for longevity. Evans will still be catching balls when Barkley is retired. Don't believe the hype this guy was allowing you to rob him.

What? By the time Barkley turns 30, Evans will be 34.

Also you are extremely overrating what Evans has done so far. No one is hoping Barkley will become close to what Evans already is. Evans has been a WR1 exactly one time in his career. His last three seasons are WR23, WR3, WR17. Four years into Barkley's career people are absolutely hoping he will have done a lot more than that. They're hoping he'll be a Zeke, not Evans. They're hoping he'll be a difference maker that wins you your league, not merely a fairly reliable piece that helps keep you afloat.

For the 1.1 and it got rejected - I'm not surprised but still that's a decent haul to a team that needs help everywhere.

It's not a bad offer. But the only sure bet there is Henry, not surprised.

I just sold Hunt and Kamara for the 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03. Feel a bit nervous about it but figure that if Saquon is 70% of what is hoped, I am just looking for one of two to hit. Either that or flip a combo for an elite WR.

Guy is a top 3 dynasty WR. He has the age and ceiling. Take it and don't look back. If he's quick with the offer I may also ask for his 2nd back.
