None of these names are all that great, so feel free to let go of any of them.
If I had to rank them, I would say Garcon, Montgomery, then I think there is a pretty major talent-gap, then Hill, Gallman, Rawls.
Honestly, either one of Hill, Gallman, or Rawls is fine to let go of if you need to. Rawls seemingly has the least amount of opportunity for the foreseeable future..
