Big offer for 1.01 is coming

Once I locked in the 1.01 an owner in my league said he is going to have serious offers for that pick! He is a big Penn State fan and wants Barkley BAD! What do you think I could get in return from him once the draft hype ensues and the 1.01 has ridiculous value and with him being a fan boy? He has AB, Julio, DT, Jeffrey, Gordon, Ajayi and McCoy has his main pieces, along with 2018 3.05 and 2019 2nd.

My team is seriously lacking WR talent but I would hate to trade a player like Saquon Barkley for an aging receiver like Julio or DT. AB is most likely off limits and that is probably the only player that would make me want to give up Barkley.

Julio is Julio. Hes a beast but he doesn't help you much with your rebuild. DT might be about 3 1sts off of Barkley. Let him come to you with an offer and see where hes at. DT, Julio, McCoy, Gordon are all solid pieces for a contender but you're nowhere close to contending. I'd definitely let him make the offer instead of setting the price yourself.

I agree, I love Julio's game. It would def be julio + but I agree I'm nowhere close to contending so even if its Julio+ by the time I am strong Julio will have little value. I agree, I will let him come at me with an offer I was just wondering what you all think a strong offer would look like from him with that team, I have his 1st this year and next already so he doesn't have many draft picks to play with.

I love it, let the bidding war drive up the price. I don't see myself trading it to be honest. Barkley and Cook will be really nice for years and I have CMC who I love in the flex he has yet to get under 9 points any week in my league so his floor is so nice as a flex RB with a lot of upside. I just need WR help badly, I just don't want to blow everything up to get it.

Just imagine adding Barkley to CMC & cook, you'd be set at rb for the forseable future. Unless he offers Brown (highly unlikely) i'd stand pat. You should be able to add another top rb or wr with 1.05, plus I see a guy like Mathews being a solid bounce back candidate.

He was joking, we never wish for anyone to get injured.

I have thought about asking for AB and nothing less and seeing if I could get him to bite. Even with Big Ben very close to gone, AB should retain his value for many years.

I know it is early. I just got a message from him a few days ago (he was bounced from the playoffs by 1 point) he said he is gonna be gunning for Barkley with some serious offers and I said "he is not for sale" and he replied, "everyone has a price". So i was just wondering what offer would make you trade the pick. Looks like AB straight up is about it. Which is all I was really considering.

He only owns a 3rd this year and a 2nd next. I have his 1st this year 1.05 and his 2019 first. I got them both in trades from other teams. So all he really has are those veterans, which really can't help my team which is young and full of holes.
