Stashing

Hi all, after a crash and burn season I've secured 1.01 and now my focus has gone to stashing players whose values could vault in the offseason. Do you drop any of the guys below for Kevin White? Are any of my thoughts way off base about the players below?

Jeremy Hill - Upcoming FA
John Ross - Big play potential/college production
Inman - Maybe team's #1WR in 2018
Curtis Samuel - Maybe Panthers WR2 in 2018
Elijah McGuire - Showed flashes, gets opportunity minus Forte?
Jalen Richard - Does he become primary option minus Lynch?

I'd drop Inman for White...Inman is a filler guy until CHI drafts a WR or signs a FA WR. Even if they don't, White and Meredith will likely be above Inman on the depth chart in 2018 (assuming health).

Even without the injuries, I just don't think White is a very good WR. I guess if you want him, you can drop Inman for him, but I wouldn't expect much from White.

Agree with above. If you want to pick up White, drop Inman.

I have had White since day one and I have considered dropping him numerous times, but for some reason I am sticking it out with him. Should he be anything close to what he was in college he will be a decent receiver and will have the opportunity to grow with Trubisky. However he could get injured again and miss another whole season.

My thoughts:
Inman- When, if, White and Meredith are healthy they will be the two main targets Inman would probably be the odd man out. Inman will only be Chicago's #1 WR if those guys are injured or Chicago doesn't draft a WR.
Jeremy Hill - JAG
John Ross - Small receiver and potentially over hyped coming out of Washington.
Curtis Samuel - I would like him more if he had a true position. Carolina uses him as a RB and WR but they already have a better version of that with McCaffery.
Elijah McGuire - Intriguing prospect but as long as Forte and Powell are around his touches will be limited. I picked him up just to have and see what happens.
Jalen Richard- He is worth a stash because Beastmode probably won't play past his two year contract and defintely will not be part of the team when they move to Vegas.

IMHO best stash of those guys is Jalen Richard. I am done with White personally but if you want to go for him I would drop Inman, or maybe Hill to be honest... I have pretty low expectations for Hill at this point.

I’d drop Inman for White. As a White owner and a guy who drafted him early, I think he’s a better bet than Inman. With that said, I’m losing my patience. If I hadn’t been able to stash him on IR I may have cut him earlier this season. I still think he has the talent but if his tissue paper body can’t hold up this off season I’ll be letting him go.
