It's insane to be planning who to take, 5 months before a rookie draft

I started planning for 2017 in 2015... 5 months is nothing.

Which sites do you use to keep up to date with the college Players?
I dont have the luxury to watch college games.

As of now, I think taking Barkley and Guice and then selling 7 and 8 for established player will be your best bet. That could all change once ridiculous overpays start rolling in

Do not by any means sell for "fair" value on the 1.1 or 1.2 right now

Seems like most people are advocating holding onto the 1.01 until closer to the draft. Does that suggest we should consider trying to acquire the 1.01 at this time of year?

Keep the top two, considering moving the later pair for '19 assets. The '19 class looks to be much, much, much better than the '15, '16, '17 and '18 WR classes. Add some ammo to that class, and you'll be having multiple first in draft after draft after draft (you can always keep trading) considering how much those '19 picks will up in value, especially if they end up being pretty high.

1. Release Eifert (overreaction)
2. RB with the first 3 and trade 1.8 for a TE depth + a 2nd.
3. Use the 2nd you received for 1.8 and draft another RB

I would hold and make all 4 picks unless someone comes to you. Your 3rd and 4th pick are straight BPA, and you can always package up for needs. I see what you mean about TE, but it's not like you don't have options. Kittle may just need an offseason with his new QB, and who knows what Cincy will look like next year. I'd just be pleased with what your options will be come draft time
