Fair enough trade in a vacuum but you have to think to yourself, is giving up Dalvin Cook worth the WR upgrade. Weakens the RB position a lot to improve WR where you are already stronger. May not make sense the way your team is constructed. I would like it a lot more in full point PPR.
Team 1: 10 tm full PPR, 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 flex, 1 DST, 1 K, 7 bench, 3 IR

Fair, but Hopkins is easily worth that.

Hopkins may be the best fantasy wr right now. He's worth it but I think in your position I'd stay put

Very fair trade, definitely comes down to team makeup as to which side to take

With your team, I think you need to stay put and bank on Cook and Arob both becoming what they can be. You don't have the depth to trade away two potential top 10 players for a top 3 stud. You do have the 1.01 coming for Barkely.... so I guess you can more easily part with Cook

I would get Hopkins in your situation.
1. Shallower 10-team format I lean toward getting those studs. Cook and Robinson could be great again post-injury, but the risk is there.
2. You have the 1.01 and 1.03, so you can replenish your RB depth with Barkley and Guice/Chubb with those picks.

Side note: is your username a HP reference? lol

With your roster and picks, I make this trade - You're STACKED at RB. That said, if you stand pat, you're pretty covered with regard to injury; you could lose two starters and still make the finals. You hit on both those early picks and it's ON.

Fair trade, but Hopkins would--on paper anyways--improve your starting lineup, which would be my goal in a 10 teamer:

QB: Andrew Luck
RB: Saquon Barkley
RB: Christian McCaffery - Jordan Howard
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
WR: Keenan Allen
WR: TY Hilton - JuJu - Martavis - Kupp
TE: Hunter Henry - Njoku

or

QB: Andrew Luck
RB: Saquon Barkley
RB: Dalvin Cook - Christian McCaffery
WR: DeAndre Hopkins
WR: Keenan Allen
WR: TY Hilton - Allen Robinson - JuJu - Martavis - Kupp
TE: Hunter Henry - Njoku

Having said that, I could see the 'value' being on the other side a year from now if Arob goes to a better situation or JAC upgrades their QB. It is a LOT to pay for what could amount to only a small upgrade at WR (plus the risk of Dalvin going off and being a mid-late 1st round start up player himself next year, which isn't completely unrealistic).

I would rather do Jordan Howard+Arob instead of Dalvin, but Im still not sold on Howard as a long-term option

WOW! You went the extra mile for me there my friend. Thank you. I did try the Howard and Arob for Nuk path but he asked for my 1.03 in addition. I've offered every combo trying to keep Allen and Cook but I think I have to give up one of them.
