I have the 1.01 and I wouldn't trade it at this point for that, so good trade IMO getting the 1.01.

I have a guy in my league who just got bounced out of the playoffs by 1 point and his team is dominate. But he is a big Penn State fan and wants Barkley BAD! What would it take to trade that pick? He has AB, Julio, DT, Gordon, Ajayi and McCoy has his main pieces. Don't mean to hijack this thread but just wondering what value that 1.01 is right now before the rookie hype train goes off the rails.

I like both sides of this deal. But I voted for the 2019 side just because i think you’re more than one big player away from being a serious contender. Obviously if you can find good deals along the way to aid in adding future picks it can help but I would’ve preferred (if I was in this situation) to keep the 4 other firsts. I always feel that 1.01 is worth less in a deep class and while, right now, Barkley is the consensus 1.01 things can change with so much time until the draft. I would’ve rather used those 4 picks to add four solid players as opposed to adding one. But most guys will see it differently. I don’t mind dragging a rebuild out a little (minor or not) if I think I can get good players later. This year I think you can do that and 2019 isn’t looking too bad as of now but it’s far too early to tell.
