Ingram Questionable, trade for Hyde or Miller?

I just paid a late first for Ingram to help my horrid RBs through playoffs. Now he didn't practice all week and plays tonight. My luck all season.

Current starting lineup is Ingram, Latavius Murray, Hunter Henry at RB/TE flex with Ajayi and Peyton Barber on bench

I have an offer of receive Hyde for Devontae Booker, 18 second, 19 second. Told him Breida needs to be a part of any Hyde deal

Another owner is offering Lamar Miller straight for Ingram, but I could talk him down or at least get a 2nd added to his side I feel- We can actually trade until Sunday, so I could potentially do this deal if Ingram doesn't play

Do I make one of those trades? Hold tight and start Ajayi if Ingram is out at the game time decision? Make one of the trades anyway since my RBs are poor (I do have Dalvin Cook coming back next year)?

update: Chatting with Hyde Owner, he's interested in a few players the ones I'm willing to give up being Theo Riddick and Peyton Barber. Could work a deal with those pieces for that instead of the Booker and 2 2nds. Not sure where the value would shake out to add what

Regardless of Ingrams status, take the Hyde deal.

Hyde deal, I can either accept the Booker, 18 2nd, 19 2nd deal with Breida added in (or McNichols? he has all three)

Or I can counter with Riddick, Booker, Peyton barber and I feel he'll accept that

I think I'd go with the first Hyde deal, regardless of Ingram. The snap counts for Booker were trending upwards then CJ goes crazy last week, not to mention that the jury's out on whether Booker is even a good NFL starter. Your seconds should project very late with your roster. Gamble on late seconds vs a chance (albeit slim) that Barber gets a long look going into next year. Up to you. I'd take either deal though.

I think I was remembering the Hyde scares at the start of the year of coaches not liking him, and that still impacting my personal value of him.

I'm not sure where others stand, but if that completely falls apart, Miller is only 26. He looked tremendous with Watson under center and is still under contract for a few years. Foreman will get his moving forward, but if you could send a 2019 first (with OBJ and Cook back healthy in your lineup...), I'd consider it.

Yeah, shot myself in the foot I sent the original offer back to him and he rejected. Current offer from him is

I give Booker, 18 first, 19 2nd

That first deal without the first was so much nicer oops

He also sent me a screenshot of the person I'm playing this week offering him Tyrell Williams, 18 1st, 19 2nd Frank Gore, and an 18 4th for Hyde

That's frankly the better deal, and I don't know how to compete with that as I don't want to give up that much for Hyde. He is high on Booker thankfully, and there's some bias against the other person offering as he won our league the last three years in a row and got hammered by injuries this year so there's finally a chance to unseat him (lost OBJ, DJ, and now Mixon)

I could also flip around and see what I could do with Miller owner. I like the idea of not giving up my first though

That is stealing Hyde. Stealing.
So underrated. I'm happily enjoying a playoff bye this week in all 4 of my dynasty leagues. Hyde is my RB2 or flex in all 4 leagues. I let the other owners chase the mythical unicorns (such as Ajayi) while I happily plug in a guy good for 12-18 ppr points a week.

The best way to evaluate player worth is to ignore rumor sites and look at box scores, stats sheets, snap data, and the game itself. Hyde is severely underrated and still very young.

that initial deal was a steal for you. The guy you're playing in the playoffs understands Hyde's value.
