While Dez still has great ball skillz and his size he has clearly, in my opinion lost his speed and explosiveness...He is a major declining asset and maybe Anderson might be a flash in the pan but he is currently out producing Dez and has substantially more potential and upside.

I bet on a value chart these two are pretty far a part but I would take Anderson.

I love Robbie as much as anyone, and given recent production and age this maybe should be a thing. However Dez carries a lot more 'value' and probably will for a least another season or two.

Robbie has been playing as well as anyone could have hoped but the fact that he was an UDFA and is on on the Jets his 'value' will take longer to catch up. I don't believe Robbie will ever be a WR1 but he's shown this season he is quick, can separate and has good hands. I think he has the tools to be a solid WR2 with upside for seasons to come, scoring like a DJax for fantasy purposes.

I overpaid 2 seasons ago for Dez and have recently sold him. I think his days as a WR1 are done but will probably be a solid WR2/3 for the rest of his career because he is very skilled receiver and is good at catching TDs.

So overall based on value I'll be taking Dez all day but if I could be getting a receiver like RA with a 1st round pick for Dez I would definitely consider it.

I've been advocating for a couple of years to sell Dez because he's only an elite WR in name not production but I would not accept Robby Anderson on the return. I don't trust that offense, not now, not ever. Fair or not to Anderson, there hasn't been a WR on the Jets to produce consistently year over year in a long, long time. The Jets have questions at nearly every skill position in their offense on an annual basis. Next year it will be a different QB and a different WR to float to the top.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I love Robby and am low on Dez, but Dez is still worth more and Robby has a risk of being a bubble with how horrid the Jets are and if they'll look the same at all next year

Dez for me as well, is Robbie good, yeah sure, but a lot of these ok receivers have looked great with a lack of other options.

Big fan of Anderson and Bryant is on the decline, but it's not even close in value.

I would agree trading Bryant, but for someone much better than Anderson.

Dez never RELIED on speed or explosion. Especially the speed part.

And if you watched the game yesterday, you can see he's not lacking any of the athleticism that he's had for his career.

I can't believe this is a thread and there are actual votes for Robbie Anderson.

If NYJ brings a WR or two in via FA or the draft and get a healthy Enunwa back...Anderson is probably back to the WW for us next year.

This thread is ridicuolous. Robby Anderson has some upside (own him and Dez on the same team) but there is no way to project ANYTHING about Robby Anderson past this season...I'd take Dez in a second.

The key here to me is this...exploit value. Trade Dez to the Anderson owner and ask for a first or a great piece in return that you believe in as well.
