Cam for Rodgers?

Interesting situation and I'm really struggling with what to do here. I currently have the #1 seed and a 1st round bye locked up. I have both Brady and Cam at QB.

Another contender lost Rodgers for most of the year and is currently starting M Ryan and he is looking to upgrade at QB for his playoff run. He is currently the #3 seed, and if he stays in that spot then I would only potentially have to face him week 16 in the finals

He has offered me Rodgers for my Cam. I obviously like Rodgers more than Cam going forward, but I'm weighing whether it's worth the risk of potentially costing myself a championship if we both make it to week 16 and Cam blows up on my face (he plays Tampa @ home)

You make the trade, imo, your team must be pretty good if you are in 1st place. Don't worry about other teams think about having Rodgers and enjoy it

I think you still have to take this. Even if he plays Ryan he has a decent matchup against NO in a shootout. Not sure how much upgrading from Ryan to Cam will help him. But I do know that going from Cam to Rodgers will help you in the long run. Definitely a tough call though.

Yeah the tough part for me is that I already have Brady, so Rodgers probably isn't really much of an upgrade over him for the next year or two. If I had a lesser QB right now and Rodgers was a big upgrade going forward it would be a much easier decision

Make the trade. I don't think Cam would be that big of an upgrade over Ryan for his team anyway.

unless he adds...id stand pat....there is a huge age gap here. as i see it....you dont have to worry about qb for years. arod will be done in a blink of an eye for us dynasty owners. this trade may cost you the prize and leave you searching for a franchise qb in a few years. if he wants him.....make him pay. i dont like to hand out gifts to my strongest competitors once ive made it to the top

Make the trade right away. You can compete with Cam on Championship day as far as QB points already. The long term value you get there is worth it.
