I'd do this. I think Barkley is at worst an equal to Fournette as a talent (I'd actually say the same about Guice), is the better receiver, and the worst case team scenario (Browns) isn't that much worse than the Jags. Or, given the hype around Barkley, you could possibly land a small fortune in players and picks from someone desperate to get him

And that late first could land you decent talent too considering the apparent depth of the draft class

I would do this too, LF is still on a traditionally horrible Jags team who got bottled up by a suspect Cards team this week. Get a two for one.

I'd keep Fournette, I actual think his situation is better than where ever Barkley could land. A stout defense with a team that wants to be a run first offense, that doesn't get behind often. The team is extremely young and should only get better over the next 1-3 years. Their line is middle of the pack, which is better than SF, Giants, or Indy. While the Browns line is a top 10 line, they have too many other issues on both sides of the ball to give them the nod over the Jags.

Fournette has shown that he can be a force at the NFL level, when he isn't hampered by injuries. Give a full offseason to rest and the Jags to continue to grow as a team and I think you'll have yourself an all pro back by the end of next year.

If you are beyond 100% sure its the 1.1- no lottery, no chance of win out/lose out by someone else

And you are not competiting this year and out of the playoffs. Then yes, I would do this. Gives you the option to land Barkley, still some risk he's a surprise bust even if better talent, that the late first makes up the difference and that 1.1 could be worth substantially more after the draft when people are creaming their pants over the 1.1 like they do every year

I've got Fournette barely ahead of a Barkley that hasn't touched an NFL field, but the additional first is enough to make me lean the other way.

I like Fournette and would have drafted him 1.01 last year. With that said and seeing your league is a PPR, I'd do the trade with little hesitation. Fournette and Barkley both look like special prospects, but LF can barely stay on the field for passing downs while Saquon looks like a very talented receiver. I don't think LF's ankle issues will debilitate his career, but it is also becoming a recurring issue.

I would do it as long as 1.1 is guaranteed as others have said. For me, it comes down to his injuries. Don't trust Fournette long term, or even medium term...
