As a Marvin Jones owner in a few leagues, I think a 2nd is fair value for him. Getting Perine on top of that is solid.

Very heavy WR (Baldwin, Evans, Jones Jr., Odell, JuJu, Lee). Do you think Galloway and TJ Jones could eat into Marvin Jones playing time, especially next year.

That looks like a team that should be focused on next year. With the way Jones has come on, and the chemistry he's showing with Stafford, I'm not too worried about his playing time next year. If Golladay (TJ too, I suppose, but I like Golladay more) keeps developing, I'd expect him to push Tate to the slot and line up wide opposite Jones.
