Trade: Cooks for Goff

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Trade: Cooks for Goff

Postby Jigga94 » Wed Nov 22, 2017 5:16 am

2QB league. I will need a replacement for Brees soon.

QB: Luck, Brees, Flacco, Mahomes
Other WR: Julio, Shephard, Parker, C. Davis, Sanders, JuJu, Treadwell

Is that an overpay for Goff? I may be able to get a late 2nd

Thanks!

i would try 2 of shep, ju ju, sanders, parker...and see what he says...assuming you can get a little somthething back. if you strongly believe in any of those four.....i see no problem sending cooks.

seems about right on the price imo, but i think that i may wait it out since you have a couple 1st's and a 2nd next year. not to mention brees and mahomes....then flacco. you need help at rb anyways....and you can find out what you have with shep, ju ju, sanders, and parker if he doesnt bite on that. cooks is an elite level talent. i think you may want to hang on to that, especially since the starting qb landscape in the nfl is/could be changing drastically very soon.

I just traded away Melvin forJulio which is why I'm thin at RB. I agree with your assessment of cooks so with the deadline today I'll just sit tight. Thanks

Cooks for Goff seems fair in a 2QB.

That's pretty cheap for Goff in a 2QB league. I'd do that pretty quickly, assuming you're not competing this year.
