Looking for advice on a trade offer. In a vacuum which side is better for the short and long term? Kelce or Keenan Allen and Hunter Henry?

If I'm the Keenan owner, this deal only makes sense to me in a very shallow league, where studs are everything, or maybe in a TE premium league.

Better in the short term? That depends on your needs.

Kelce > Keenan. Henry closes the gap but not enough for me to make the trade.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I think Kelce has gained more value than Keenan at this point. HH is a nice consolation if you're giving up Kelce, but he has so much positional value right now. It's not a peak Gronk positional value, but he's just racking up the yards in a way no other TE is right now. Makes it hard to give him up without an elite return and I don't see that here, but maybe I'm low on HH.

KA still has some good years with Rivers remaining, and Henry [could] be the next Kelce. I'd fall on that side.
