A 2nd in a keeper league is probably worth more than a 2nd in just a regular rookie draft. It also allows you to keep another player you would have to drop otherwise.

Trade Sanders now while he still has value. Keep Martavis as your 7th keeper, he is a free agent this year and may sign somewhere where he isn't the 3rd or 4th option, then trade him when he gains some hype from the signing.

I'd take the 2nd for him. Not sure if you can but if possible look back at a past draft or two and see the type of players going in the early 2nd. Plus you add your keepers, and having 3 picks in the first two rounds will help with the rebuild.
