16 team 2QB tiered ppr league. TE premium. Full IDP. All that good stuff...
I am a strong competitor this year and have been talking to another owner who is in full rebuild.
I have offered him my Allen Robinson (IR obviously) for his AJ Green.
How does this look? I get an upgrade at WR who will play this year and help my lineup. I lose a little bit with Father Time, but am ok with that. Rebuild team gains youth at WR and lessens his starting lineup —> meaning better chance at 1.01 rookie pick. I’m sure he doesn’t want to accidentally win games at this point.
Fair offer or am I low?

Seems like an even deal on both ends, but I like it especially for your team since you're competing.

AJG and ARob are a perfect marriage for scenarios like this. I just made a similar move for team 2 (gave up Robinson+ for AJG+)

Re: AJ Green versus Allen Robinson
I'd rather have AJ Green in both scenarios. Too many question marks with ARob right now. I would be willing to do ARob and a late 1st for Green though (assuming you're a contender).

Re: AJ Green versus Allen Robinson
I agree with this 2. I would consider selling green for Arob and a mid 2nd or better.
Re: AJ Green versus Allen Robinson
I would rather have AJ Green in this case. Even if you weren’t contending. As stated above, I’d add a pick to get the deal done. Arob has a high upside and that’s the story but we haven’t seen his full potential and we may not given Bortles there. I just traded Arob and 2 firsts for Julio and have no regrets.

AJG >> Julio and most seem to have ARob at least near AJG.

We havent seen Arob's full potential? So you're saying he's going to go for more than 1400 and 14 sometime... Arob and 2 firsts feels like a big overpay to me as well. I like the op deal as it seems to give both sides what they need.erkk wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2017 5:17 pm I would rather have AJ Green in this case. Even if you weren’t contending. Re: AJ Green versus Allen Robinson
Yea, I stand corrected. We certainly have seen his potential. But as an Arob owner I just have been frustrated the last 2 season to the point I may not value him as high now. Especially with his injuries and Bortles’ digression. My point was really that Arob for AJG is a great deal and would add to get the job done since the guy is competing. I also agree that ARob and 2 firsts is a bit of an overpay for Julio (could have used these comments in my Arob for Julio Thread) but I also am in a league where owners overvalue everyone. I’m competing, Arob went down, then OBJ went down, I don’t value picks that much, and so I was willing to add an extra pick to get the deal done. I would disagree that AJG is far greater than Julio. But hey I own both and next year I’ll have OBJ, AJG, and Julio. I can live with that.wildabeast49 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2017 9:34 pmWe havent seen Arob's full potential? Id prefer AJG in both scenarios. Would need at least a 2nd added to Arob
