Julio and OBJ trade poll

I know this is a popular trade scenario this season and I have been exploring this exact one for the team in sig.

I started the year 0-4 and moved Lev Bell for Dalvin, Brandin Cooks and some picks. I am now 3-5 and just looking at getting into the playoffs since we have a log jam of similar records and I am the 4th highest scoring team so I own a lot of the tie breakers. The first I own are from the last place team, 3rd last and mine (so projecting 1.01-1.02, 1.03-1.05 and 1.06 - if I miss the playoffs). The 2019 1st I have is from the team that currently is sitting 1.03 and has a pretty bad roster with zero picks this year.

Owner with OBJ has said he would trade him to me for Julio, JMatt and a 1st. Seemed too steep to me especially since all my picks project to be lottery. I tried adding a second instead of a first or a WR like DJax and he said no he wants Julio, JMAtt and the first. I don't know if I can add one of those picks unless it's the 2019 right?

Would you do it to get OBJ??? I know many are down on Julio so I am curious to see the thoughts. My worry Eli sucks so who is the next NYG QB and when exactly do they take over??

So ended up doing the deal for Julio, JMatt and my 2018 1st (which should be 1.06) for OBJ and a 2019 3rd which could hopefully net be a solid IDP asset. Thanks for the feedback
