Hello friends,
I'm a die-hard Packer fan, with a team below that is defending its 2016 title. However, my QB situation is pretty weak right now, and I don't think it will hold up down the stretch. Another owner in our league who is not contending has the combination of Deshaun Watson, Dak Prescott, AND Jameis Winston. He also has a pretty strong reputation for homer-ism (he currently has former UW athletes Corey Clement and Derek Watt on his practice squad).
So, I just had a crazy idea: should I make a trade involving Aaron Rodgers and Deshaun Watson, or Rodgers and Dak? It would be a bit of a win-now move for me, but also help me look towards the future, as both of my QBs are over 30. What say you?

If you can get Dak and a decent piece on top, I'd go for it.

Getting Dak makes sense for your team, but man fantasy football is about fun. As a fan of an NFL team (Dolphins) that hasn't had a truly great QB in decades, I'm not sure I could give up on having that guy on my fantasy team if it were an option. It's not like Rodgers is 40, he still has a long career ahead of him. No one would worry about selling off Zeke because they want to get younger but he and Rodgers probably have similar career lengths left.

This. I think Prescott + 2nd would be a good trade for you as a contender. That said, I know that as a Bears fan, it would take a severe overpay for me to part with Jordan Howard right now on one of my rosters.
