Where do I go with this underperforming group

Hey guys,

Team 1 in my signature has lost another week and will be 2-4-1. While im not completely out of playoff contention, I'm starting to have doubts about the group. Would really appreciate some feedback...

Major Rebuild?? Small Rebuild? Stand pat and hope for the playoffs??? Sell Gronk?? Sell QB's?? Im lost with this group

RB: Fournette, Powell, Abdullah, D. Lewis, DJ (IR)
WR: Nuk, K. Allen, C. Hogan, T. Pryor, Watkins, Cobb, M. Williams
TE: Gronk, Engram

How many teams are there, and this doesn't seem to be a superflex so WOW you got great value on the DJ trade.

If I were you I'd probably go full rebuild because I think your team could contend for playoffs but not win. I'd try and sell Matt Ryan/Gronk/Hogan/Watkins IF you can get good value for them. Don't undersell for the sake of underselling.

Build around Rodgers/DJ/4net/Nuk/KA/Engram that's a great core and you really only need two more solid pieces in there to be a championship team. If you can get this even pieces in next years draft then it will be a very quick rebuild.

You already have 3 firsts, if you can collect more for those guys I mentioned then you have more shots for great guys or maybe you can package some firsts to seek out injured talent like Arob or OBj.

Arob is on the block but not for cheap.

OBJ owner has said that he would trade him for DJ, but im genuinely worried about OBJ's effectiveness coming back from that injury. That type of injury can have a huge impact on explosive ability (speaking from experience), also stud RB's are harder to acquire then WR's in this particular league.

Thoughts on Gronk & Hogan for Cooks & 2018 First??

I'd look at selling anyone not named Rodgers, DJ, Fournette, Nuk, Allen, Williams & Engram. Do you know where your firsts should land roughly? Id keep any projected early and look to stack the mid-late picks with players for upgrade (maybe watkins + 1st ='s M.Thomas) What about the Dalvin Cook owner? Adding him to DJ & Fournette should have you set at that position for years

I agree with this too. You have a pretty good team once they come off your IR.

I would hold Gronk unless you can get a stud for him because he is such a difference maker at his position. I like the idea of going after Cook if he can be had for a descent price. I would look to sell Pryor once he has a good game. Probably the same with Watkins.

depends who you think his QB will be next year.....if cousins could be interesting...if a rookie drops his value......don't know if you are getting a watson or a kizer.....

I like Mixon but think that team is facing major changes as well.....always interesting...
