Adam Shaheen?

Is this guy rosterable in a start 2TE dynasty league? I recall him getting a bit of hype in the draft, but he obviously hasn't made much headway in that Bear offense. My team is in mysig and Shaheen was dropped last week.

hes a decent hold as he was sleceted with a 2nd round pick. however the bears passing game looks horrible and he may not be worthwhile for another year or even two. might wanna throw a different dart

Like most TEs, he's almost certainly a multi-year stash with an eye on a third or even fourth year breakout. In all but the deepest leagues he's probably safe to stash on waivers as a priority monitor, although I would try to hold him through the off season just to hedge against whatever moves happen then. Not sure even start-2TE changes that, unless the league is otherwise shallow.

He's definitely rosterable, but probably won't be playable till next year at the earliest.

Im not dropping him. I dropped Jonnu Smith earlier this season and someone grabbed him immediately. I wont make that mistake again.

My point is, is if you aren't competing OR have the space than you should roster him and be very very patient.

OJH and Shaheen landed behind established productive veterans. Engram and Njoku went to teams that were a wasteland at TE. Doesn't mean they are more talented they just have better opportunity right now. You simply have to wait. Small rosters though I can understand dropping him, probably not in a 2 TE league tho.

He's a must roster in a 2tw league, this shouldn't be a question.

I think you're considering rebuilding if I recall your other post on this forum correctly. I'd 100% drop Gore or Woodhead or Ryan Griffin for Shaheen in a start 2 TE league. Obviously shop them around first before you drop, but Shaheen has way more upside than any of those guys if rebuilding.
