Took over a horrrrible team in a 12 team PPR devy league. Team has Buck Allen, several teams in the league need RB help, especially contenders.
What would be a reasonable return to expect in a devy league?
Couple of thoughts I have had:
1st Round pick (which is really a 2nd rounder due to the top college players already being rostered)
A devy player like (D.K. Metcalf or George Campbell)?
A first round devy pick in 18?

I'd be surprised if you got a first and would more expect a 2nd, but it's worth a shot. You may get better value out of him by swapping for a devy player

That's pretty much my plan but with this crew (there's a least 3 DLF writers in this league) if you don't hit the perfect note on the first offer, they won't even interact with you. So it's either get clobbered on the deal and be a perpetual rebuilder or don't deal.
It's what I dislike about playing leagues with industry writers...they never want to make a deal unless they clobber you..

Garcon has value to a contending team, or you just need that solid flex guy. Nothing wrong with him.

I agree, as I've literally had this team a week, it looks like the prior owner neglected it for at least a month and a half before that.
