I know this forum is high on davis but hear me out...i'm losing zeke, gordon and bell have the same bye week9, and i'm sick of jordan reed's woes...what do you think?

Yeah would not do. You have 6 great WRs. I'd rather move them for a better RB or TE. Sell off someone old like Jordy with Reed to see if you can get Ertz or RB wise I'd pursue Mixon.

we're expanding next year and there is a guy in the league that's 0-6...so 1.4 at best.

As someone else mentioned, if you're wanting to move Corey Davis, let us throw out some counter offers for you. By adding the first, it seems he's willing to talk a trade to get it reasonable

Ick. That looks like a last place roster right there.. especially in a 10 team league. I'm not sure this team has anything that can help you now. I would hold Corey Davis unless he is going to vastly overpay.

What are your expansion rules for the draft?

I guess I don't understand the Corey Davis love. I do like him and wish he was on my team, and he was drafted early-mid 1st round this year (he was actually drafted 7th in my league as everyone wanted RBs) but hasn't done anything to increase or decrease his value. I think what looks to be an early 2018 first would be a fair trade for CD. Your team looks pretty stacked at both WR and RB so getting a early first next year gives you flexibility to pick whomever. And also getting AA and Brate is a nice bonus, and you could turn them into picks if you don't need them on your bench.

I don't fault anyone if they decided to keep CD in this trade, but I think at this time it is more than fair value.

Davis was 1.02 in a lot of drafts in a loaded draft class, and a lot of people had him as the top overall player. Taking a first which is at this point random and some depth pieces for him doesn't make sense to me. I really don't think this is close personally.
