Jordy for Martavis+

For team 1 in my sig I was offered Martavis and two 3rd round picks for Jordy. With the Cook injury and Rodgers going down hurting Jordy/Adams ROS production, I don't see a path to contending. I know Martavis hasn't produced to this point but is his upside worth the risk?

As an owner of both, im keeping jordy here...He may fall into the WR2/3 range, but I can only wish Bryant would get there right now. if I traded jordy, I would look to upgrade TE or add another RB with your roster as it is.

It's funny how you can get tunnel vision sometimes, that seems like a much smarter approach. I don't feel too bad about my WR depth atm. The Martavis owner also has Shady, would that be a pretty fair straight across trade for Jordy?

you could make that argument I think.. However after this year when Rodgers is back I would rather have Jordy than shady. shady is about the only thing buffalo has right now, so if your contending, maybe you lean that way.. if not, keep him.

tough call there but I think you have enough RB depth to make due. Im not sure shady's owner would make that deal. I would try and target a TE to sure that spot up.

I wouldn't trade Jordy for less than a mid range 1st round pick. If you are rebuilding don't pick up players, pick up draft picks.

3rds are pretty worthless and I just don't trust Bryant. Jordy should be worth much more than that, even without Rodgers.

I love Bryant as a buy low, but I'd want a little more on top of him. Bryant plus a pair of 2nds would be fine.

Update: so I declined the offer and now he has upped it to Martavis, Chris Carson and 3 third round picks. I know third round picks don't have much value but I figure I could maybe pair a couple of them and acquire a second if I wanted to. Does that change things?

Carson holds little value for me. If you like Martavis and think Jordy is on the decline, Martavis + 2nd is fair.
