I'm gunning hard for the #1 pick (currently dead last :thumbup: )

Owner with a championship team just offered the following:

I get: Derek Carr and his 1st

I like Carr a lot, not worried about the injury and kinda like only having 1 qb for a few weeks to solidify my hold on dead last.

I'd then have 2 1sts and 3 2nds next year.

I think that it's a bit of a toss-up between Dak and Carr. Dak might be safer, Carr has a bit more upside. So, yeah, the first is worth it. I'd do it.

If Carr were out for the season, then you could get more. But, with Carr missing a handful of games, I think that this is the best value that you'll get for swapping out essentially even QBs.

I take Carr over Dak long term... If I am tanking I break my finger accepting this trade and send the guy a Christmas card for being so kind.

I can see a discussion between Dak and Carr, so adding the 1st plus the value of helping you get a worse pick (your goal) sounds like a positive. I'd jump on it.

I'm a big Dak fan, but wouldn't be able to pass that up. Especially since it increases your odds of getting a better 2018 pick.
