Mixon trade just went down... I'm fuming

Mixon for Chris Carson, Tyrell Williams and a 2nd Rd pick.

This trade just went down in my league and I can't help but be pissed by it. I feel somehow the mixon owner was asleep at the wheel. Am I wrong?? Is this an even trade? I see it as very one sided for the mixon side

If I had Mixon I probably wouldn't have done it...but I don't know the rest of his roster. He is obviously betting on Tyrell Williams staying heavily involved for the Chargers. Is the 2nd a high 2nd?

The team giving up mixon is not in contention this year which makes the trade even more crazy to me and the 2nd round pick belongs to a 3-0 team.

I'm so upset I missed out on the Seattle pump and dump backfield on waiver wire, its a really simple process as outlined below.

Buyers Logic: Seattle is a great team. Great teams produce touchdowns. RBs who score touchdowns get a lot of points. Peter Carroll is a great coach. Great coaches can identify talent.

Opportunity: Seattle hasn't had a stable running back since Lynch (first clue). Peter Carroll says "I really like this guy". Said running back has a good game against the worst rush defense in the league (San Fran).

Buyer's Conclusion: This guy will always rush for 5ypc and he will win me my league.

Reality: This players best game is behind him, Seattle has no real reason to commit to them because of little or no draft capital or contract, and the process continues.

Dude, you're not fuming; you're jealous.

Had that trade been offered to you, then there is a 0% chance that you would have gone back to the other guy and said, "Hey, man, it's not fair. Let me give you more since I don't want other owners to fume." Nah, you'd have accepted the trade and then come back here with a brag post .

Bottom line: if there are owners like this in your league, then other guys will get the best of them some of the time -- but so will you.

Very bad trade. But like everyone said, nothing you can do about it. The prior Mixon owner will regret it extremely and that’s how they’ll learn.

Someone is chasing points and ignoring dynasty value. Happens all the time. Thing is, sometimes the points chasers end up getting the better value because the dynasty darling ends up being a bust. But yeah, bad trade value, especially for a rebuilder

The trade is fine, if u get upset over this trade going down in your league u should quit ffball forever.
