Help Getting Fournette

Trying to get Fournette from one of those owners who only responds to trade offers maybe once a year, and usually lets them expire without response unless blown away. I've made numerous offers over the last few weeks, but still no response, so how far would you be willing to go with an overpay to make him an offer he can't refuse? Here is the format + his lineup:

12 Team 1PPR SuperFlex. 6 Points for all TDs

I'm in three super flex leagues with him, and in those three I don't think Ive ever seen him have two solid RBs but he usually loads up at RB and loves devy/college players (will draft guys like Hackenberg thinking he'll be set in 2-3 years, but a lot of QBs in recent years didn't pan out). I keep thinking he would be an instant title contender if he just traded 1-2 of his RBs for help at QB2/WR3 because come next year he'll have 2-3 stud RBs on his bench every week, but maybe Im wrong.

I've offered Brandon Cooks straight up, Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas+Corey Coleman+Ty Montgomery (a few weeks ago before Coleman was hurt), Dez Bryant+Blake Bortles for Fournette/small secondary piece, Julio for Fournette/1/2, Demaryius/1/2/3/4 for Fournette, etc...and still nothing. These are the assets Id be open to dealing with: Lynch, Dez, Cooks, CColeman, Julio, JRoss, Demaryius, Graham, 1/2/3/4.

I would accept LF straight up for JJ but depending on where that 1st is going to wind up don't think I would add much more. When the jags finally get a serviceable QB and better oline I can see Fournette pushing one of the top 3 backs for a spot up there. As is this year he looks like a 1000-1200 yd 10 TD and 40 reception back. I think Julio for LF and a 2nd I would do but those other pieces you want to move I feel you'd have to add a lot to. DT doesn't do much for me an same with Dez. So doesn't really matter how many picks you added to them unless it was multiple projected high 1sts, I still wouldn't do it.

I wouldn't deal Julio. Cooks is probably an overpay but maybe not. Maybe he's looking for an RB back so maybe you try Lynch + Dez/DT? Ultimately you might have to go Lynch + Cooks.

Have you tried opening up a line of communication with him via text, email, etc??

I have a couple of owners like this in my league but have had much more success just talking to them about what they are looking for etc. Ive found very little success to just making offers and hoping for the best.

This is what I was eyeing up and trying to get comfortable with, even though it would be an overpay on paper (right now).

DT isn't carrying enough value to excite people, and Dez isn't the flavor of the first two weeks even though I don't think he should be valued far off AJG/Julio, so I was assuming Cooks/Y for Fournette/Z would at least be of interest when looking at his roster with Cooks being valued higher than LF (by most anyways).

He's pumped on his "RB factory" as he called it, but I'm seeing 2-3 potential stud RBs that will waste away on his bench each week while he has holes at WR/QB in a SuperFlex/PPR league. My plan would be to use that RB depth to fill holes at other positions, but I can't seem to get anything done here.

Yea I've probably talked to him 3 of the last 5 days (we both commish two different leagues, and had issues with the MFL waiver set up)....but for some odd reason it's nearly impossible to get any response from him on trade offers. I've had at least 10+ other owners in our three leagues ask why he does that over the years, so I'm guessing he just doesn't like to trade. Hence me trying to get creative with an offer here.
