Doctson for C. Coleman?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Since you're the one who's buying you may have to offer a 2nd in addition, but I wouldn't add more. People will hate on Doctson due to injury and Coleman has enjoyed more healthy games, but both have dealt with multiple injuries and many valued Doctson over Coleman in last year's rookie draft. I'd say they ought to be somewhat close.

I value them the same. I wouldn’t offer more but if you absolutely want him, adding a 2nd should get that done

Doctson hasn't really shown anything, so I feel like someone who presumably took Coleman ahead of him last year would need a decent piece on top to move him. You might need a late 1st or early 2nd if you're the one making the move, but I'm not sure I would pay that.

As someone who has Coleman, I'd want a 1st with Doctson. I realize they've both had injuries, but I feel like Coleman's are more flukey injuries where Doctson has had more foot, hamstring problems.

Is anyone even buying either of these guys straight-up for a 1st right now? I doubt it.

I would try Doctson plus a 2nd or a 3rd, then walk if they hold out for more. See if Washington works him into the game plan more as the season wears on.

Dealt for Doctson and would honestly deal for Coleman too. Both are high upside with injury risk. Bought Doctson+ 2018 1st for Lamar Miller before the start of the season.

If I thought I could get Coleman for just a 1at, I'd absolutely do it.
