Melvin / Hopkins

Thinking about making a move here in a PPR league and looking at it on the surface, it's a move that would help both teams (my team is loaded at WR but hurting at RB, the other squad is loaded at RB but could use a WR). In our league we start 2 RB, 3 WR and a flex.

Long story short, the deal would be my DeAndre Hopkins for his Melvin Gordon. I look at the latest ADP data and rankings here on DLF and it's pretty much a wash from that perspective. Who would you rather have between those two?

I'd lean Hopkins if everything was even, but they're close enough in value where I'd go with team need.

I value Hopkins more. Agree their value is close right now but situation helps Gordon and hurts Hopkins. Given that and longevity, I prefer Hopkins but understand a swap based on team need. I drafted Gordon for that very reason.

If you are competing hard right now, I would take the team need and go with Gordon

I'd rather have Hopkins but if Gordon would help you out more (I.e. Keep you from having to start Perkins while you can swap in Diggs to play for Hopkins) then I'd make this trade.
