I wasn't planning on getting rid of my first round pick, but if the price is right... This owner doesn't like to put out the first offer (never seems to in my experience) so I have to make it expensive but semi-reasonable (he knows what he's doing).

In this kind of situation, I would just answer.
Fournette is as all players for sale, but it would only be worth considering if your centerpiece is XX, YY, ZZ.
Here I would say that to consider either Cooper or Gurley must be the center piece and in both situation you expect him to add something of fair value on top.
