He plays for the Patriots...that's what you can expect!

Some days BB decides to leave 1/4 of the playbook in his office drawer and if it so happens those plays are for one of your guys, don't expect much.

I just don't own NEP players and my blood pressure is much better for it.

Yes. Take that. I personally am becoming enamored with Diggs. So if you can actually deal Landry for Cooks AND Brees, you should immediately do this.

the deal as is right now is
breese cooks
Wilson digs/landry

he will do either... I am just trying to figure out who I want to send...I love digs talent... but I was encouraged with landry's targets yesterday, and I feel his floor is much safer then digs... and I think cooks and digs are more similar in the boom or bust type player and might be a better swap... I do love digs talent though and his schedule looks great...bradfords injury also makes me nervous

I've got diggs but i think you will end up regretting sending diggs over landry. He has so much more potential over landry and even for this year he will end up being the better wr. Landry for cooks is a steal and you should close this one before he regrets it :D

Negative on both!

I will gladly take Brees for the next two years and it isn't worth a debate. In a Superflex or 2QB, sure you go with Wilson, but in a 1QB, Brees easy. Wilson is so overrated for fantasy. And Cooks is still a better player than Landry or Diggs.

I can't believe an esteemed poster like Favre would offer such bad advice to be blunt.

Not sure what people expected. This is how NE operates. Imagine if Edelman was healthy......cooks was a sell high this offseason. We'll see.

Flip a coin...they both have their limits...I would probably send Landry though...less talented I think and the domestic violence thing hanging over bothers me some.

I agree. Brees is way more valuable in a 1QB league. Wilson spends more time running for his life behind that nonexistent offensive line than throwing the ball these days.

Cooks is more talented than Landry or Diggs. If all stay healthy (a risk with Diggs) they probably finish with similar numbers. Cooks will just get most of his points in 4-5 HUGE weeks. While Laundry is more consistent. However, I think Cooks has a good chance of becoming more consistent as the season progresses. He and Brady aren't completely on the same page yet. But with basically the entire WR core besides Cooks injured they are going to get a ton of reps together in the next few weeks. Cooks has the talent to be a top 5 WR if he's given the opportunity. Given all the injuries the Patriots have right now he might be about to get it.

its funny you say that cause I actually sold cooks to this owner in the offseason before the draft.. I wasn't able to keep him anyway and I got the 4th overall pick and tyreek hill for him.

thanks for all the replies guys... its convinced me to make the trade, but I still got to figure out if im sending digs or landry.. might have to just flip a coin
