Hurting at RB - Dez for Ingram

Taking a look at my first team below, I've got great WR depth and garbage RBs.

I was offered Ingram for my Dez. Dez is obviously better but given my roster should I consider this?
I had initially asked for Ajayi for Dez. He also has Zeke and Cook but I think those are untouchable.

Thoughts?

It likely helps your team this year, but I wouldn't make that trade. Since you can only start 3 RB, he's basically offering you his likely bench RB for Dez. I just don't see the value. If he's not willing to move Ajayi or Cook I'd look for a different trade partner

You definitely need to trade your surplus WRs for better RBs. Either find another trading partner or perhaps ask for him to add a TE to Ingram since you could use some help there as well.

I still like DT more than Ingram, if you can get him to add Derick Henry on top that, it would make it more close.

This guy is trying to get a top WR (as up and down as he may be) for dirt cheap. My advice, let your league know youre fielding offers for Dez. Try to get a good RB1 out of it, you need that.

I love Dez, but he has a pretty brutal schedule this year. Since this is for an 8-man keeper league, I think you have to look at it more from a redraft perspective. And I wouldn't be overly concerned with Ingram's usage. He's the most talented and versatile player in that backfield. Peterson's just an overgrown baby that needs a good spanking. Having said that, he still needs to get something added to that trade or find a better trading partner.

That is such a bad trade, no way. A first on top of Ingram would still be an unattractive offer.

Lesson learned, desperate RB times don't call for desperate RB measures

The thing I'm struggling with is everyone in this league values RB over WR. Which is probably why Ive been able to amass such we depth. (For example, to get Jordan Howard, it "starts with" Brown. Yikes)

In that case, just sit tight for now. Just because people are willing to trade right now doesn't mean you should overpay. Give it a couple more weeks and try again.

is that hunter henry or derrick henry?

i think derrick is going to start to emerge in that backfield...if you can get ingram and derrick henry, i would make that trade.
