Some acting like the fact that it's non-PPR makes Zeke the clear favorite. DJ outscored Zeke in standard scoring last year. I think it's an even trade and I slightly prefer DJ because Zeke will be serving a suspension at some point

It's not that non-ppr makes Zeke better than DJ, it's that in non-ppr it's a lot closer. 3 1/2 year age difference. On top of that, DJ might be out 8 games. So it's close.

Definitely not worth bragging about. Zeke is going to be a bell-cow stud, with a solid young qb, and fantastic o-line for a long time.

Hahaha! You're not capitalizing on anything. You're giving up guys who are in the same tier as a healthy DJ. Capitalizing on his injury would be trading Gurley, Ajayi, Gordon, etc., for DJ right now. You did the complete opposite of capitalizing. You made lateral trades, but received the player out for 2-3 months.

Yeah to me in dynasty DJ is less than Zeke especially non PPR before the injury and around the same as Bell but now that he's out for a bit he takes a short term value hit if I'm competing so the gap between him and Zeke widens short term and is worth less than Bell.

Zeke for me, even without the injury to DJ. He just turned 22 and has one of the best olines, if not best, in the NFL. Also, the oline is extremely young and Dak is young and looks like the real deal. Meanwhile, DJ is coming off a knee injury and now a dislocated wrist, the Cards look like a potential dumpster fire waiting to happen(Palmer looks done, Fitz is retiring, Arians???). The only risk of course is the looming suspension but even with that, I would still take Zeke.

I preferred Zeke over DJ before the injury. I'm not sure I understand the logic of making this trade to avoid Zeke's suspension situation either. So you bought a player that's injured and might miss the entire season to get away from a player that might miss 6 games sometime this season or next? If you prefer DJ then no issues there, I guess I just don't get the logic behind doing it to avoid possible missed games by buying a player that for sure will miss more games.

I essentially gambled on the injury before the concrete news of how long he would be out for. I was hoping for the 3 week timeline but got the 3 months timeline.
