Since you can only keep 8 offensive players, I would want to hang on to Bell. In a league like this you want to condense your talent not the other way around. However it would be nice to get a QB upgrade if you could.

I would not do the Bell trade, that's not enough for me to want to move him.
The Crowell trade I would consider, but it kind of switches your weakness of depth from WR over to RB, so that's really a toss up.
