x3. The bottom line with Tate is that he is perennially undervalued. He's just not sexy, and that's all there is to it. He routinely finishes with 90+ catches and hit a thousand yards in two of the last three seasons, all of which were his only in Detroit with Stafford. He's unquestioningly Stafford's number one receiver until someone else steps up and knocks him off.

Again, people seem to not like Tate because he isn't sexy and most likely doesn't have top 5 upside(or does he?), but he is as reliable as they get. I bought him for a 1st two years ago, and have been loving his return value ever since. I'd expect at least that back.

Tate is one of those guys that is worth more to your team than what you'll get in a trade for him. I wouldn't sell for a 2nd at all. Just hold unless you get a 1st in any deal at a minimum.
