Which three should I own?

Can own three of these in 0.5 PPR, superflex league:

Michael Floyd. Still on the Vikings roster, and there is no doubt he has quality. Suspended for two(?) games, and has plenty of off-field issues. But talented.
Leonte Carroo. Made the roster according to Rotowire, has "the look of a playmaker." Often injured last season and was overwight. If Dolphins trade Landry...
Dontrelle Inman. Had some good games last year, and is being shopped around. Depends on where he eventually lands.
Taylor Gabriel. Crowded offence, WR48 last year with 579/6.
Wayne Gallman. Who knows how long Perkins will have the starting job. Hasn't impressed so far. Darkwa is not the solution?
C.J. Beathard. Barkley released, so he is the backup behind Hoyer. Shanahan likes him, so who knows...

Any advice?

In a superflex, I would take Beathard first and Caroo second. Inman only in the absolute deepest of leagues.

I would take the flyer on Gallman. I don't like the ceiling of the others.
